Collapsing the Gantt Chart3

Here is a way to think about the simple, but complex, notion of collapsing the gantt chart. The idea is that instead of finish-to-start relationships between the phases of Analyze, Design, Code, etc., we remove these relationships and collapse this chart so that all tasks necessary to create the product increment are done every iteration, with the ultimate focus on working software. This provides earlier value to our customers and to the organization creating the product. Win-win.
